The only information collected through this website is the information you choose to submit through the Request an Audit form:

• Phone number (optional)
• Number of branches
• Message

If you contact us directly by email, we will also hold the contents of that correspondence.

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, arrange an initial conversation, and — where you go on to work with us — to provide and administer Branch Implex services. We do not use it for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.

We process enquiry information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries made to us, and, where relevant, in order to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement.

Form submissions are delivered to us by email and are handled by the website and email infrastructure that operates this site. We do not share your information with any other third party unless we are required to do so by law.

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our business correspondence. Where an enquiry does not proceed, we delete it once it no longer serves that purpose.

Information submitted through this website is transmitted over an encrypted connection and access is restricted to those within Branch Implex who need it to respond to your enquiry. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
